FAMILY
"Coming from a large family makes you feel protected- you have friends and allies" -Paul McGann
Growing up with seven brothers and sisters pushed me to become a leader, encouraged me to be humble, and helped me understand what a support system should be.
YOUNGEST OF FIVE GIRLS
Growing up with four older sisters taught me to differentiate myself at a very young age. My sisters taught me to recognize, acknowledge, and understand that each person has their own perception of the world, even if we share the same last name. I have become a more empathetic, passionate, and well-rounded individual because of the strong women that surrounded me.
ROLE-MODEL TO THREE BOYS
My three younger brothers helped me become the strong person I am. Because our parents travel for work, I was their caretaker for the last few years I lived at home. These boys encourage me daily to fight for what I believe in and to never back down from a challenge. Their constant support, whether it's me defending them or vise-versa, taught me to be comfortable being the person I am today.
